What to do when something goes... funky

Oh no! How did that get there?!

We hope you weren’t too inconvenienced by the bug! While, with every released version of this website, and the Builder, we run hundreds of tests to assure there are no major bugs, sometimes something tiny may slip in. There are two courses of action to consider when finding a bug, depending on its severity. When reporting, please be sure to include as much detail as possible, including computer/device maker, operating system, browser, browser version, time you accessed, and the events leading up to the bug’s occurrence.

Minor, Non-Hindering

If the bug is simply cosmetic, or just plain weird, and doesn’t prevent you from configuring or buying a custom shed, simply shoot us an email and we will take a look at it to make sure no one else is affected.

Major, Catastrophic

If you believe you have found something that will cause the heavens to open up and destroy every shed on the face of God’s green earth (…okay, maybe that’s a bit of an exaggeration), please do let us know. Although this is an incredibly rare occurrence (mathematically 11,000,000+), we do our best to make sure issues such as this are solved immediately, allowing you to continue enjoying the shed-buying experience we have crafted. To report such a bug you can either email us or call us at (603) 642-4500, and we will get you (and the Builder) up and running as soon as possible
